Join us for this unique two-day paper-making workshop with Drew Cameron, of Combat Paper, in the historic Wiggin Gallery.

You can bring your own uniform or related military issued fabric, though all materials for the workshop will be provided. Take home a handmade sheet of paper, created through this group process. Participants can attend one or both days. On day one, Drew will give an overview of the program, and then we'll sit down and make paper together!

Co-hosted by the Mayor’s Office of Veterans’ Services, this workshop is open to veterans, their families, and members of the public. The Mayor’s Office of Veterans’ Services recognizes, engages, and advocates for our veterans and their families by connecting them with the benefits, services, and resources they’ve earned. They also find innovative ways to support veterans, service members, and their families to live healthy and thriving lives in the City of Boston.

To get to the Wiggin Gallery, enter the Central Branch Library on the Dartmouth Street side. Take the main staircase or the elevator to the left up to the 3rd floor to the Sargent Gallery. Once in the Sargent Gallery, the Wiggin Gallery will be at the top of the stairs.

15 participants, registration required. Non-registered visitors may observe the workshop.
